Start with a light pencil sketch of a bunch of rocket fireworks using Castell 9000 Graphite Pencil – HB.

Add the first layer of colors to the sketch. For this step, I used Goldfaber Aqua Watercolor pencils #126 Permanent Carmine, 149 Bluish Turquoise and 273 Warm Grey IV.

Blend the colors with a paint brush dipped in water.

Color the rest of the rockets working around designs with Goldfaber Aqua Watercolor pencils #120 Ultramarine, 121 Pale Geranium Lake, 126 Permanent Carmine, 143 Cobalt Blue, 149 Bluish Turquoise, 151 Helioblue-Reddish, 187 Burnt Ochre and 273 Warm Grey IV.

Blend the colors with wet brush. Let dry. Add more colors wherever necessary. Blend and dry to finish.
