Watercolor Pans, Set of 48 - #169748
Watercolor paper
Fold your paper to create a card of your chosen size. Mine is about 5x7 inches. Lightly sketch a set of candles with Holiday accents using Goldfaber Graphite Sketch 6B Pencil.
Color the candles with the Pan Watercolor shades #117 Light Cadmium Red, #118 Scarlet Red, #126 Permanent Carmine, #219 Deep Scarlet Red, #133 Magenta, and #226 Alizarin Crimson.
Paint the leaves with Pan Watercolor shades #264 Dark Phthalo Green, #166 Grass Green and #278 Chrome Oxide Green. Color the tag with Pan Watercolor shades #183 Light Yellow Ochre and #190 Venetian Red.
Paint the background surface with a blend of Pan Watercolor shades #234 Cold Grey V and #199 Black. Add details to the leaves, twines, berries and fill up any missed spots in the composition with the Pan Watercolors.
Finally, add the halo around the lit candles with #109 Dark Chrome Yellow.
